Service Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to the Sheet-to-Doc service (“Service”). This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and WTSolutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Sheet-to-Doc service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Sheet-to-Doc Service is a web application that allows users to automatically generate documents from Word templates and Excel data. The Service is designed to facilitate the creation of professional documents by populating Word templates with data from Excel data.

User Requirements

To use the Sheet-to-Doc Service, you must:

  • Have a modern web browser that supports HTML5 and JavaScript.

  • Ensure you have the necessary rights to use the Word templates and Excel data you upload.

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering for or using the Service.

License and Restrictions

Free Version License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Free version of the Sheet-to-Doc Service solely for non-commercial, personal use only. Commercial use of the Free version is strictly prohibited.

Pro Version License

For the Pro version, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Sheet-to-Doc Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of the Service is strictly prohibited, regardless of version.

General Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

  • Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the Service to any third party.

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Share or transfer your subscription or activation code to another user beyond the permitted number of devices.

  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Subscription Terms

The Sheet-to-Doc Service is available in two versions: Free and Pro. The Pro version is available through subscription (Online Pro) or one-time purchase (Offline Pro).

Online Pro Subscription

  • Free Trial: A 7-day free trial period is offered for new subscribers

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without charge. After the trial period, you may cancel at any time, which will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled

  • Device Limit: Each subscription account can be used on up to 3 devices

  • Payment Methods: We support Alipay, UnionPay, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other mainstream payment methods

  • Subscription Management: You can manage your subscription through the link provided at the time of purchase

Offline Pro Purchase

  • License Type: One-time purchase with permanent validity, including updates

  • Device Binding: Each activation code is bound to one device and cannot be transferred

  • Payment Methods: We support Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other mainstream payment methods

General Subscription Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days’ notice

  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law

  • Subscription terms are subject to change, and updated terms will be posted on our website

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that you have the necessary rights to the Word templates and Excel data you use with the Service.

  • Maintaining the security of your web browser and any data processed through the Service.

  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service.

Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your Excel data and Word templates processed through the Sheet-to-Doc Service will not be stored, shared, or used by us for any purpose other than providing the Service. For subscription management, we collect and store necessary billing information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data processing occurs locally within your web browser to ensure maximum data security.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Sheet-to-Doc Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of web browsers or document formats.

Limitation of Liability

WTSolutions shall not be liable for any consequences whatsoever arising from your use or inability to use the Sheet-to-Doc Service. In no event shall WTSolutions, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, business interruption, or any other damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your use, misuse, or reliance on the Service, whether in an action in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if WTSolutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to this Agreement or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree that WTSolutions shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or harm caused by or resulting from your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or your failure to comply with this Agreement.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of P.R.China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WTSolutions regarding the use of the Sheet-to-Doc Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By using the Sheet-to-Doc Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
